We have a new event to sign up for – Helping the kids that our friends from Bridgeport – (remember summer food deliveries to SW Detroit?) – They are sending Xmas gifts to 2 places in SW Detroit this year and need cars to get them there. the link is below and we have 7 spots needed over 2 days.
Colonial Plymouth Annual Bell ringing event December 18th & 19th 2020
The 4 sites we are working and ringing at are :
Kroger at 5 Mile and Haggerty and Busch’s at 5 Mile and Sheldon
Plymouth Kroger North and South doors – Ann Arbor Rd and Sheldon
GUEST SPEAKER FOR OUR LAST OUTSIDE EVENT:
Our speaker is longtime Detroit Free Press hockey writer Keith Gave, who recently published a book about the Russian Five. These Red Wing greats led the team to three Stanley Cup Championships.
Gave will tell the wonderful story of how he assisted the Red Wings in attracting these hockey legends to Detroit. He also will be selling and signing his book at our meeting.

Life Remodeled event where we will send a crew to Durfee Innovation Society in Detroit. This year we will go directly to the street we will be working on, we will be given a tool that only one of us will use. There will not be a meal this year, and workers will be spread out to ensure safety procedures are being observed. Bring clothes that are appropriate for yard work, sturdy shoes, jeans, gloves if you have them. Please review the available slots below and click on the button to sign up. Thank you!
Paint the PARC 9/26/2020 (Coordinator – Lee Harrison) –
TO BE RE SCHEDULED IN THE SPRING – watch for updates
We will be painting two small outside buildings near the football field at PARC in Plymouth. Both are only about ten feet high so most work will be done from the ground. Paint supplies will be provided.
