  • With our Key club partners, provided 208 hours of service to Life Remodeled, cleaning up a Detroit neighborhood.
  • Reinstalled shelves at First Step Domestic Abuse Shelter
  • Donated $500 to Plymouth Historic Society for improved lighting
  • With our Aktion Club, provided treat bags to First Step at Easter
  • Provided 81 hours of service to set up and run games for the Special Olympics opening ceremonies in Mt Pleasant.
  • Hosted the annual Kiwanis Golf outing and raised over $20,000 for 2019 -20 projects.
  • With the help of Aktion Club – painted pumpkins for seniors at Tonquish Manor
  • Built a Pergola at Kiwanis Park Plymouth
  • Donated $500 to local Salvation Army food fund and helped pack Thanksgiving food boxes
  • Sponsored and organized the 4th of July Parade in Plymouth Michigan
  • Donated $1500 to Plymouth Canton Schools to pay for a program that enabled special needs students to attend college prep classes
  • Hosted a Fishing Derby for kids
  • In partnership with the City of Plymouth, built a retaining wall at Kiwanis Park
  • Provided a special luncheon for Plymouth First Responders
  • Prepared and provided meals for families at Ronald McDonald house, Ann Arbor.
  • Donated $1400 to Plymouth District Library for a maker’s table for teen area of the library
  • Donated $1300 to Plymouth Friendship Station for retractable screen wireless projector and speakers for seniors groups
  • Donated to Fishes and Loaves Pantry
  • Donated $500 to Allen School (PCS) for classroom rug and storage box
  • Sent Valentine’s Day cards and Candy to kids at First Step
  • Conducted furniture drive and donated household items for Friends in Deed – a group working with homeless and needy people
  • Donated truck straps for Friends in Deed’s truck for safe transport
  • Donated $700 to Isbister 2nd grade students and teachers to assist in a fundraiser to buy Braille books for Plymouth and Canton Libraries and Penrinkton Center for the Blind
  • Conducted Easter Egg hunt for residents of the Opportunity house in Plymouth
  • Donated $100 to First Step for Easter egg dye kits
  • Aktion Klub created Easter Egg baskets for United Way distribution
  • Donate $500 to SJ5K run sponsored by PCEP students to raise money for families with significant medical needs
  • Provided 25 volunteer service hours to stain a pergola and plant trees at Kiwanis Park and build a rock wall for landscaping effect
  • Donated $8000 and provided 134 service hours over 2 days to add a new structure to Kiwanis Park
  • Assisted with various Kids Against Hunger Coalition packaging events producing 40000 meals
  • Donated $1800 to Plymouth Historic Society to paint pillars at the local Museum
  • Provided help for 22 sessions of Meet Up and Eat Up sessions at the Ypsilanti library – providing kids with lunches who may not have lunch during school vacation
  • Hosted ribbon cutting ceremony for update Kiwanis Park
  • Conducted canned food drive for Hope Clinic
  • Conducted musical instrument drive for Detroit Public school students
  • Aktion Club sent cards of sympathy to people affected by mass shooting in Dayton and El Paso
  • Provided hundreds of service hours to the Plymouth Kiwanis Foundation for the annual Pancake Breakfast at Fall Festival in Plymouth
  • Donated $2500 to the Greater Plymouth Community food packaging and 175 service hours that produced 259,000 meals
